CREDIT CARD ORDERS:

All Credit Card orders automatically “authorize” 20% over value of the order to cover any possible errors in calculation. This authorization is not charged to Credit Card. The actual charge after shipment will be reflected on your invoice and statement.

FREIGHT TERMS:

Freight charges detailed online and in emailed order confirmations are estimates only.  Actual freight amounts will be calculated at the time of shipment and detailed on the invoice.  Standard freight charges are based on shipment to commercial addresses/locations.  Shipments to residential addresses will incur additional charges, as will lift gates when required on truck line shipments.

Wingrou is continuously negotiating the best rates with freight partners, giving you the best shipping price available.  Call your sales representative for detailed information regarding freight allowances.

WARRANTY:

In the event where a potenitally defective product is installed, DO NOT remove product from the system and contact Wingrou immediately. In order to properly diagnose any problem, the product must be inspected at the location of installation.

Products distributed by Wingrou are produced in strict accordance with standard quality control procedures. Wingrou or other product manufacturers distributed by Wingrou warrant products to be free from defects in material and workmanship when paid for and properly installed and maintained under normal use and service. Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to replacing, at our warehouse or the manufacturer plant, any parts, within one year after delivery to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER, be demonstrated to be defective. In order to accomplish demonstration of defectiveness, the parts claimed to be defective must be sent by the original purchaser to Wingrou Middle East FZE P.O. Box 514313, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Wingrou or the manufacturer shall not be liable under any terms of this warranty if the defective part is not submitted to Wingrou for inspection. This warranty does not extend to incidental or consequential damages of any nature. In no event shall Wingrou be liable, in contract, tort, strict liability or under any other legal theory, for incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages, including but not limited to labor charges, regardless of whether Wingrou was informed about the possibility of such damages, and in no event shall Wingrou liability exceed an amount equal to the sales price. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS for purpose intended. No person, firm or corporation is authorized to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.

BRASS SPRINKLER EXTENSIONS:

THIS PRODUCT IS SOLD AS IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS. PROPER INSTALLATION IS REQUIRED TO AVOID RISK OF FAILURE.
WINGROU MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND FOR THIS PRODUCT. USE THIS PRODUCT AT YOUR OWN RISK. WINGROU WILL NOT PROVIDE FOR REPLACEMENT OF THIS PRODUCT NOR WILL WE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

WINGROU offers custom orders on special materials and sizes not commonly in stock. In this event, a Custom Order Authorization Form must be reviewed and signed by the customer, agreeing on specific dimensions, materials and finishes. In addition, a 50% deposit must be made at time of order. These products cannot be resold in the event of a return, therefore are not eligible for return.

LIABILITY:

WINGROU assumes no penalty or liability for delays in shipping due to fire, strikes, transportation, or circumstances
beyond our control. Receipt of goods shall waive all claims of delay.

CLAIMS:

Damaged or lost goods in transit should be promptly reported to the carrier. Any claims for loss or damaged shall be the responsibility of the buyer, unless reported within 10 days of the invoice date. Any error in shipment of the material should be reported to WINGROU immediately upon receipt of the shipment.

TAXES:

At this time, WINGROU only charges sales taxes in the following states:UAE

ERRORS ON OUR SITE

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and WINGROU reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, WINGROU will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with WINGROU’s Return Policy.

Orders placed through this website are subject to review by an WINGROU sales person after the time of order.

RETURNS:

Buyer may return any product WINGROU stocks and which is not a special order or custom/personalized item if:
(i) it is in new condition, suitable for resale in its undamaged original packaging and with all original parts;
and
(ii) it has not been used, installed, modified, rebuilt, reconditioned, repaired, altered or damaged.
All returns are subject to a re-stocking fee, unless otherwise agreed to by Wingrou.
